Yoga has been in Keaghan’s life since she was in high school, but her practice really came into focus when she became a student at Seva Yoga Co and pursued her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. She is currently a Personal Training student and values both styles of physical practice in her daily routine. She loves to create safe spaces for everyone to feel comfortable to move and tap into their body and self while on their mat. She is passionate about health, wellness, her 3 cats and good coffee.
