It is this sentiment that led Lori to yoga teacher training after being a student/practicioner for 19 years.
She refers to Yoga as a tool in her drawer that she utilizes at different times for various reasons – at
times it is challenging and burns built up energy and other times it is more grounding and calming.
Providing an opportunity for others to enjoy the benefits of yoga is the motivation behind her teaching.
Lori also shares her time with her family (raising two teenagers), working alongside her husband in a
business they own/manage, coaching athletes in various sports – empowering youth through sport &
fitness, and enjoying every and any outdoor sport that involves a bike, paddles, xcountry skis, and hiking
